ME Golf Academy Ltd uses the information you provide through this website to respond to enquiries, arrange coaching and manage bookings.

Information we collect

If you submit an enquiry we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred venue, lesson type, coach preference, message and, where relevant, a junior golfer's age.

How we use it

We use enquiry information only to respond to you, route your message to the appropriate coach and provide the service you asked about. Booking platforms such as Setmore and ClassForKids have their own privacy terms when you use those services.

Who receives enquiries

Most enquiries are sent to Matt Edgar at ME Golf Academy. Hampton Court enquiries specifically choosing Gareth may be routed to Gareth Dredge. We do not sell your personal information.

Website analytics and cookies

This build does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice and any required cookie controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, booking administration and legitimate business records. You can ask about the information held about you or request correction by emailing matt@megolfacademy.co.uk.
