Matt Edgar – Golf Coach & Academy Director
With a passion for developing golfers of all ages and abilities, Matt Edgar is the driving force behind four successful golf academies: MEGA Juniors, Little Golfers, ZS Juniors, and the Matt Edgar Golf Academy. Based in Surrey, Matt specializes in coaching juniors, beginners, and returning golfers, creating structured, engaging programs that help players build confidence and improve their skills.
Matt's academies offer private and group lessons, structured junior development programs, and on-course coaching. His latest venture at Hampton Court Palace Golf Club provides tailored coaching for juniors aged 11+ and ladies new or returning to the game. His coaching philosophy focuses on long-term development, using tools like the Garmin R10 launch monitor and a whiteboard approach to outline clear goals and progress markers.
Dedicated to growing the game, Matt continually refines his programs to ensure golfers of all levels receive expert guidance in a fun and supportive environment.
Tom Parsons
Tom has been following a playing journey on clutch tour and europro tour. Previously coached one to ones and junior group coaching and with help from qualified PGA Coaches has managed to take on board essential knowledge for coaching.
In this time he has found a passion for working in golf thrived environments along side juniors and enjoyes every second of it.
Tom feels as if he has been playing golf for years now and hopes for a long and successful career, he will also use every bit of knowledge to provide the best and exciting coaching for juniors of all ages and abilities.
Lelani Mullen
Lelani is a committed golf professional in training, with 15years golf industry experience in Cape Town, South Africa, as many years of playing experience including competing on a golf scholarship in the USA.
In 2021 took the leap to join the PGA of UK and has now been sharing experience with clients 3 years of coaching. She joined Little Golfers in 2024, and her passion is to inspire and develop junior and beginner golfers.
In 2025 she is now opening the new academy at Hampton Court Palace Golf Club with Matt.
